The CEC will showcase the “Reducing Marine Litter Through Local Action” Community Engagement and “Last Stop the Ocean” toolkits, as there are unique examples of a trilateral effort to prevent and reduce litter in North America, providing solutions for encouraging local organizations and individuals to do their part to prevent and reduce land-based marine litter.
