The Consumer Goods Forum's (CGF) Golden Design Rules (GDRs) offer a clear roadmap for retailers and manufacturers to work together towards a circular economy for plastic. The Canada Plastics Pact (CPP) has emerged as a champion, adapting the GDRs to the Canadian context and driving their implementation across the plastics value chain. Through fostering innovation and collaboration, CPP’s 100+ Partners from across the plastics value chain are taking meaningful steps to eliminate unnecessary and problematic plastics, redesign packaging and bolster usage of recycled plastic.
